The Nutrition Onboarding session is where your personalized nutrition strategy comes to life. During this session, we’ll review your goals, lifestyle, training schedule, preferences, and current habits to build a fully tailored plan designed for sustainable results. You’ll receive clear guidance on daily calories, macronutrient targets, eating schedules, habit changes, and weekly goals, along with practical tips for grocery shopping, dining out, and real-world situations. This session ensures you leave with clarity, confidence, and a structured plan you can immediately put into action.

Nutrition Onboarding

Nutrition Integration is where your plan becomes actionable and fully supported. We’ll guide you through logging your meals, habits, and activity inside the Proper Fitness Training App, ensuring everything is seamlessly connected to your coaching and progress tracking. This allows us to monitor trends, provide real-time feedback, make informed adjustments, and keep you accountable—so your nutrition strategy stays aligned with your goals and evolves as you do.

Integration

Nutrition Coaching Calls are focused 30-minute check-ins designed to review progress, celebrate wins, and identify areas for improvement. During each call, we’ll assess consistency with your nutrition plan, refine habits, address challenges, and set clear, actionable goals for the next phase.
