Welcome to Proper Fitness Co Limited (“Proper Fitness Co,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or participating in any of our training, wellness, or recovery programs, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Use

By using this website or purchasing any of our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website or services at any time without prior notice.

2. Health and Safety

All clients must complete a health screening and liability waiver before participating in any physical training or recovery session.
You acknowledge that physical exercise and recovery modalities (including but not limited to strength training, cardio exercise, sauna, cold plunge, and red-light therapy) carry inherent risks of injury or illness. You agree to participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with such activities.

If you experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort, you must stop immediately and notify a Proper Fitness Co staff member.

3. Payments and Billing

All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy (see below).

For recurring memberships, billing occurs automatically on the renewal date until canceled. You authorize Proper Fitness Co to process charges to your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
Membership cancellations require written notice at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
Refunds are not provided for unused sessions, partial memberships, or missed appointments.

We reserve the right to terminate memberships or deny access to any client who violates these terms or acts inappropriately toward staff or other members.

5. Scheduling and Availability

All sessions and facility bookings are subject to coach and equipment availability. Proper Fitness Co reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel sessions due to staff illness, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify affected clients in a timely manner.

6. Personal Belongings

Proper Fitness Co is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into our facilities. Please store valuables securely.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and programs—is the exclusive property of Proper Fitness Co Limited and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data collected through this website or during service registration is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
