Natalie

Fitness Coach

Natalie brings a diverse and well-rounded perspective to the fitness industry, supported by extensive education and hands-on experience. She grew up as a competitive athlete, participating in the USA Gymnastics program, as well as competing in track, diving, and dance. This early involvement in sport sparked a strong interest in the science and education behind athletic performance. She earned her bachelor’s degrees from Brigham Young University–Hawaii in Biology and Human Health Science, and went on to complete multiple internships. During this time, she worked with Paralympic track athletes and assisted in conducting biomechanics motion analyses to evaluate prosthetic performance for amputee athletes. These experiences deepened her understanding of human movement and performance.

Natalie went on to pursue a master’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, specializing in biomechanics and joint function. Her graduate work focused primarily on knee health, with an emphasis on ACL rehabilitation following surgery. Alongside her academic pursuits, Natalie developed a passion for CrossFit and coaching. She served as Head Trainer and Manager at Koʻolau CrossFit and later at North Shore Fitness Club. She holds a NASM

Certified Personal Trainer credential and has worked with a wide range of clients, including military personnel, professional surfers, football players, and adults aged 55 and older.

Natalie remains deeply committed to her own fitness, actively competing in CrossFit and HYROX events. She is dedicated to continuous improvement, both physically and professionally, and stays current with the latest developments in fitness and performance training.
